RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your order, therefore we provide exchanges and store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase! Please be aware that we do not offer refunds.
Please contact us here within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to exchange or receive store credit.
Send your item/s back within 10 days of receiving your order, customers are responsible for return shipping.
We will send you an email notifying you that your items have been received and are in acceptable condition for exchange/store credit (see conditions below). When you are ready to redeem your store credit, please email us and we will accommodate your request. Customers are responsible for the difference of exchanged items if the new item is of higher value.
CONDITION OF ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/CREDIT:
Items eligible for exchange/store credit MUST be in new, unworn, unsoiled, scent-free and in sellable condition with all tags in place.
If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, soiled, altered, washed or is missing the tags then no credit will be issued to you. The item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the return shipment and you will forfeit all claims.
